Mr. Poore: Too many people know. People who care about Lutheran Hospital, people who work short staffed, people who clean and care for the equipment, the people who drove the truck. People who talk to each other and who have talked to us. Perhaps media training is where you learn to say “no comment,” but your job should not end there. Lutheran Hospital is a great place; it deserves custodianship and in fact more custodians, more resources. If you cannot demand that more be done, that “dirty, dingy…” is not what you signed up for, then fix things. Two stars represent how this happened. Lutheran has five-star people and a five-star history. Perhaps if you cannot get the support you deserve, that Lutheran deserves, you should follow Mr. Bonick out the door. Fix things and NICHE will be quiet as a mouse.
